RETURNS POLICY

No Refunds/Exchange only 7 days within delivery.
Enclose a note with your name, order number and reason for return.
No Price Adjustments. No Cancellations. STORE CREDIT ONLY
Returned items must be postmarked no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for store credit. If an item is shipped back to us after the 7 day period, it will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense.
If possible, repack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging. Email us the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
Without exception, we will not offer store credit for items that come back with makeup, perfume/cologne, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, food, smoke, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear. The return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged while trying on, or have missing clothing tags are considered final sale and may not be mailed back for store credit. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Fashionisko.
Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@fashionisko.com within 24 hours, with a clear photo of the item, your order number and name. We’ll take it from there!
Upon receipt of your package, your return will be inspected and store credit will be processed within 3-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, Fashionisko reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. We may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
