DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA):
- Orders are processed, verified, and shipped from Washington, D.C., typically within 2-5 business days.
- During checkout, guests can choose their preferred shipping speed-we'll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection and delivery address.
- We'll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
The estimated delivery date is:
- USPS Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
- UPS/USPS Priority Air Shipping (2-4 Business Days)
- UPS Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Orders are processed, verified, and shipped from Washington, D.C., typically within 2-5 business days.

- Customs/duties/taxes are the buyers responsibility and not included in the shipping price.
- We'll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

- UPS/USPS Standard Shipping ( 5-14 Business Days)
- UPS Express Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
Please Note:
- The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time.
- Our inventory is constantly changing due to sales and the exclusivity of our (handcrafted) products. If you are ordering for a special occasion, we recommend, it's best to order in advance of the big day.
- We highly recommend choosing Express or Priority shipping methods for time-sensitive orders.
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays don't usually count toward the transit time.
- Once your package has left our facility: we are unable to change shipping address, not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen or courier delays in delivery. (holidays, weather, natural disasters, logistical inefficiencies).
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
